Missed items from order. Delivery over 45 mins late. Called restaurant and customer service is so poor he just goes yeah I send missing out and no show up

Delicious shawarma

Food is really tasty, will definitely order from here again. Maybe order in store though as they did not get my online order, had to wait for them to start it once I arrived. At least it was fresh!

Worst delivery time. Food was ok

This is the only place I go for my shawarma. Food was delivered on time. Still hot, and delicious. Larger portions than I was expecting. 10/10

It took 1 hour and 45minutes to arrive! When the food arrived half of the pizza was inedible as the box top had been pushed into it! The fries I ordered were supposed to be large which they weren’t and they were damp! I took photos and called the restaurant multiple times and no help! No offer of a refund just apologies as they were busy!

My family and I really like the food from here and knew we’d be waiting around an hour for delivery because that’s how long it usually takes. However, last night we waited almost 2 hours! After an hour and a half I rang the restaurant, but the line was so bad I couldn’t hear what was being said, so I hung up and called straight back. Same problem, but I managed to eventually understand that my order had not left the shop yet but it will in a few minutes. My order arrived about 15-20mins later. We do like the Shawarma here but please please do improve the customer service. After 40mins just a quick call/txt to let the customer know what’s going on would be appreciated

Food was disgusting

The 10% off promotion is lost to a service fee and delivery charge added at the end. Ordered a large chips with cheese that didn’t arrived so had a choice of waiting 40 minutes or collecting it. Disappointed as the food is normally really good.

I highly recommend the food, salad is how a salad should be

Good size portions, more than enough for everyone

Portion was very small and over cooked. Was not enough for 2 people. Very disappointed.

I've had shawarma from this particular shop a few times and they never disappoint me for food quality and amount of food you get. So decided to have my food delivered to me and I was happy to say that the service was still as great as collecting in person. The delivery driver was very pleasant and we had a nice conversation

Food arrived 20 minutes late and was cold and unpalatable . The shwarma was bland and lacked any type of seasoning, including salt and the chips were soggy. The pizza was cold and tasted awful . Not impressed with the food at all as have usually had good food from Turkish Shawarma

Didn’t even deliver the food and took my money

I will not order again. Took nearly 2 hours to deliver. Raw food. I ordered lamb ribs. Under cooked. Called twice to get update. Doesn’t speak English. No one knows what happened to the order. One person said food already delivered. However, it was not. Another person said no order has been placed. Very bad service. Could not eat as the food was raw. Waste of money and time. Wish I could get back the money I paid for the shitty food.

Unfortunately the grill and shawarma were very bad this time

One shawarma wrap had hardly any chicken in it. The shawarma in naan had a hair in it! The rest of the food was ok but would not order again.

Our food never turned up and the phone line says “user busy”. Altogether we tried calling 20+ times. Food expected at 8.30pm, called from 9pm-9.45pm and then gave up. Food probably would have been nice if it had actually turned up or if we could contact the restaurant in any way.
